Booking Policy
BOOKING INFORMATION
- The booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the confirmation deposit by Ciasa Antersies SRL and written confirmation sent by the latter.
- In case of partial or complete cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be charged and the confirmation deposit paid will be refunded.
- In case of partial or complete cancellation received from 13 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the booking will be charged and the deposit paid will not be refunded.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Any change to the booking must be made in writing and will not be valid if communicated only by telephone.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
- Weekly change of bed and bathroom linen
- Cleaning every second day of the bedrooms, living room and bathroom (kitchen excluded)
- Initial and final cleaning
- Safe in the apartment
- Free use of the residence wellness centre (from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm)
- Bathrobes and towels for the wellness centre
- Shuttle service to the Piz Sorega ski lift (from 9:00 am to 10:15 am and from 3:00 pm to 4:15 pm)
- Private parking in front of the residence
- “Wi-Fi” internet access
- VAT
- Use of the reading room
EXTRA SERVICES
- Underground garage with direct connection to the residence: €10 per day per car
- Daily apartment cleaning (living room, bedroom and bathroom, kitchen excluded): €50 per week
- À la carte breakfast delivery
- Washing machine with tokens
- Dogs or cats are welcome for €7 per day

- Up to 3 years old: free of charge
- Up to 6 years old: 50% discount
- Up to 12 years old: 30% discount

- Check-out: by 10:00 am
- Cancellations without refund will apply in case of cancellations received 21 days before arrival
- In case of late arrival and/or early departure, the full booked stay will be charged
- A booking is considered confirmed after receipt of a deposit of at least €300
- From 1 January 2014, a tourist tax has been introduced in Alto Adige/Südtirol. Revenue generated by the tourist tax will be used for the construction and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of sports and cultural events. The tourist tax, amounting to €1.50, is calculated per person per night and is collected by the accommodation facilities. Children and teenagers under 14 years of age are exempt from the tax. The tourist tax is paid at the time of departure and is shown separately on the accommodation invoice.
